Commission Structure
Total Commission: 2% of Contract Value
Partners earn a flat 2% commission on the total executed luxury home construction contract value for every successful referral that results in a signed and completed build.
Payment Milestone 1 — 1% at Contract Execution
The first 1% commission is paid immediately after the referred customer signs a fully executed construction contract with TX Sparks Luxury Homes.
Payment Milestone 2 — 1% at Closing
The remaining 1% commission is paid after the successful closing and completion of the referred home, ensuring partner and builder are aligned on long-term client satisfaction.
Eligibility
Commissions are paid only to active, approved partners in good standing with a valid signed Partner Program Agreement and accepted Terms & Policies on file.
Payment Method
Commissions are paid via direct deposit or check to the registered partner within 30 days of each milestone being reached. All payments are subject to applicable tax reporting (1099 issued annually).
Non-Circumvention
Referred clients are protected and attributed to the originating partner for the life of the project. Partners are prohibited from circumventing the program or attempting to claim referrals not originally submitted through the official partner portal.
